I acknowledge that I have read the return to training document and based on the answers (all questions answered ‘NO’) I am able to train within the Caveman Community. I have reviewed the document with specific relation to the booking I am undertaking. I also understand if anything changes in relation to this or after attending a class COVID-19 symptoms begin, I will inform the coach of the session.
Please ensure you have read and understand the importance of accurately answering the return to training document, inaccurately answering questions within this document put both your and your coaches/counterparts health at risk.
Our goal is to ensure your journey at Caveman Conditioning is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get into contact.
Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply to specific events, or products for which you sign up.
Memberships are to be paid in advance. They are valid for one person and credits can only be used for this individual within the month of purchase, and they are not transferable between individuals.
Memberships are month-to-month recurring memberships that automatically renew.
Payments will be the 1st of every month.
d. Pro-rata memberships
Payment will be charged at the time of purchase at a pro rata rate in each calendar month.
e. Pay as you train
Pay as you train fees are paid in advance via the Caveman Conditioning application. No refunds are available for pay as you train.
f. Pack of 10 classes
Purchase a pack of 10 classes to be used within 6 months. No refunds are available for pay as you train.
a. Suspending or cancelling your membership
Caveman Conditioning understands that from time to time you may not be able to train due to work commitments, becoming sick or injured or wish to cancel your membership altogether. The following rules apply to; Fees cannot be backdated

b. Missed payments
If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, Caveman Conditioning will suspend access to Caveman Conditioning services until any outstanding balance has been paid and you have given us your updated account details if they are required. Caveman Conditioning will continue to debit your nominated account without notice, until Caveman Conditioning have received the total amount you owe Caveman Conditioning.
c. Our right to cancel a membership
We may cancel your membership if;
a. Session Bookings
All sessions must be booked prior to the start time.
b. Health waiver
All individuals must complete a hand written PARQ form prior to any activity.
c. Account Charges
If you arrive and you have not booked, but you have a current registered account and a membership AND if there is sufficient space in the class; the trainer will book you in, thus charging you at your individual rate. However, if you do not have a registered account, then you will not be able to participate.
d. Waiting List
If sessions are full, you will be added to a waiting list. Should a space become available, the system will contact you (via email), and the individual who confirms first will get the space in the class. Credits will be reimbursed for anyone who signs up to the waiting list, but does not get a space.
e. Session Cancellations
You must provide 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Any cancellation outside this window will be charged at 100% of your individual rate.
a. Membership status
The term membership refers to memberships options detailed on our website, and app which refer to a recurring payment for a set number of sessions per month ie. 8, 12, 16, 20, or if an individual uses more than 4 ‘pay as you train’ credits per month.
b. January campaign eligibility
From the 1st January 2020 any new member who signs up to a full membership in January will get their training fees waived for February 2020. A new member is considered someone who currently does not have a membership, someone who has not had a full membership for 3 months prior to 1st January 2020, and has not used more than 4 ‘pay as you train’ credits’ in the previous month, therefore this is only available to new members.
c. January campaign - February for free
To redeem this promotion, an individual must sign up and pay in full for January 2020. Whichever membership is selected the associated session pack ie. 8, they will receive this exact membership in February for free, for example 8 session membership in January will result in 8 sessions for free in February. Any sessions on top of these 8 in February will be charged at the membership rate of that chosen membership pack.
d. Guest Pass
As a Cave member you can invite as many friends as you wish. This can be done with a guest pass which will be handed to all members each quarter. All guest passes are valid for individuals who have not been to Caveman Conditioning in 3 months. Individuals outside of this 3 month period will not be considered for a guest pass promotion and will be charged at 100% fee.
a. Your Health
You complete a full PARQ in person prior to any activity, and you should inform us of any changes to your medical history
You are responsible to inform your trainer 15 minutes prior to any session if you have any injuries, or suspected injuries which you feel may affect your ability to perform physical activity
b. Minimum age
The minimum age to participate is 16 years. Anyone under the age of 18 will require signed consent from their parent or legal guardian
We are not legally responsible for any possessions you lose or that are damaged or stolen at the venue by anyone unless we have been negligent.
If you have an accident or injure yourself at one of our classes you must report this to the instructor straight away.

Caveman Conditioning may sometimes add to, change or remove our terms and conditions. This includes changing the opening and closing hours, the Caveman Conditioning services and facilities and membership fees.
Sometimes, Caveman Conditioning may also close for refurbishment to improve the facilities if (i) If we can provide appropriate alternatives, then this will mean membership agreement remains the same, or (ii) If refurbishment substantially reduces our ability to provide our service to you, Caveman Conditioning will reduce your membership fees accordingly on a pro-rata basis.
We will periodically send you information to keep you up-to-date with the latest developments at the Club via email and/or the Caveman Conditioning application.
We will not send you any marketing material on behalf of third parties. We will never sell your personal information.
