Cave Seniors on-line has been created to enable you to keep active from the comfort of your own home. You will be coached by people who understand the importance of keeping your body moving but also know how valuable feeling part of a community is for your mental well-being.
These sessions will last no more than 45 minutes and will include different levels to cater for where you may be at in terms of your activity levels.
The object is to get you moving while educating and empowering you in order that you can build your fitness confidence while connecting you with a community who will support, encourage and brighten your day.
