The running group that’s about so much more than running. This is a fun and totally inclusive group – for total newbies, couch-2-5Krs and experienced runners alike. Wherever you are in your running “journey”, we’ll help you get to the next level.

Our approach is a holistic one; combining the most effective (physio-approved) training methods, plus strength and conditioning exercises. This reduces the risk of injury (shin splints, no thank you), improves performance and will help you get a lot more enjoyment out of your runs.
