Whether you’re a total newbie, current Caveman, or experienced runner - these sessions provide you with an individualised, yet varied style of run training to keep you engaged and motivated. Don’t think about running for miles (just yet) - think small distances taught by experienced coaches who will set you specific goals based on your ability level.
Combining the most effective evidenced based Caveman Conditioning training methods, plus strength and conditioning exercises - including how to warm up properly before you run. This reduces the risk of injury (shin splints, no thank you), improves performance and will help you get a lot more enjoyment out of your runs.
Sessions are led by experienced coaches who will provide an individual plan for the sessions, typically covering between 3-5km per session which will be tailored for each person's ability level, all within a group environment outdoors.
