Personal training gives you completely undivided, one-on-one attention from one of our expert coaches. Normally you’re sharing with a group of 16 – 20 people, but with personal training, it’s all about you – and the benefits are enormous.
We’ll fine-tune your session to your needs exactly and monitor your progress. Choose whatever frequency works for you. Together, we can work towards a goal (this could be general fitness and wellbeing) or a specific training or life event. You can also use personal training to prepare your body pre-op or to recover post-injury.
