We’ll put you through your paces using the core Caveman Conditioning fitness principles – but tailored to the studio environment.
You’ll be exercising in a small group of people, so there’s plenty of opportunity for individual attention. There’s no choreography (it’s not your stereotypical, old school aerobics class) but we work hard and like to mix it up week by week, just to keep you on your toes. But we work hard as part of a structured plan, keeping you on your toes each week.
One week you’ll be training solo, the next you’ll be working in pairs. One week you’ll be using equipment, the next might be purely using your own body.
