Sweat your stress, aches and pains away in a fun, energetic and challenging total body workout. We’ll put you through your paces using the core Caveman Conditioning fitness principles – but tailored to the studio environment.
You’ll be exercising in a group of 16 people max, so there’s plenty of opportunity for individual attention. There’s no choreography (it’s not your stereotypical, old school aerobics class) but we work hard and like to mix it up week by week, just to keep you on your toes.
One week you’ll be training solo, the next you’ll be working in pairs. One week you’ll be using equipment, the next might be purely using your own body. (As always, we can make adjustments for injuries or any other limitations.)
