This is not another bootcamp – far from it. We don’t do the endless push-up-and-burpees routine (designed to tire you out, without any real benefits). Instead, it’s about individual coaching in an energetic group setting – no more than 20 people at a time.
We find fun, creative ways to get you moving outdoors, all year round. Using all manner of equipment, we’ll get you reconnecting with nature, breathing in the fresh air and feeling like a kid again. You’ll be running around in the mud, pulling sleds, and using tyres and ropes to challenge your body in ways you never thought possible.
