Cave Kids

We’re passionate about getting kids into the Cave lifestyle as early as possible – starting from as young as 6 years old. Starting young makes exercise “normal” (not something to shy away from or be avoided) and sets kids up for a lifetime of healthy, active living.

Our progressive Cave-kids programme uses evidence-based training, tailored specifically for kids. Between the ages of 6 to 10, the main goal is just to make exercise fun, creating a positive association. Between 10 to 14, it’s about getting into the fundamentals of exercise, giving kids the basic tools to learn to train.
