Barre takes some of the techniques and movements from ballet training – but this isn’t a dance class. Taught by a professional dancer, it’s about strengthening and lengthening your muscles, increasing tone and mobility, and improving your awareness of your body.
It’s low impact but high intensity (so expect to feel the burn). Working in a group of 16 people or less, this is a challenging studio class which is also very stabilising for the body. It’s a good idea to do this type of training to supplement your other Caveman sessions.
